本政策說明 Snake Brawl（下稱「本應用」）如何收集、使用、儲存與保護你的資料。營運方為 GCDM Limited。

This policy explains what data Snake Brawl collects, how it is used and stored, and your rights. Operated by GCDM Limited.

1. 我們收集什麼

1. What we collect

1.1 帳號識別碼

• 遊客帳號：首次啟動時，伺服器產生一組隨機帳號識別碼（形如 acct_…）並儲存在你裝置本機。⚠️ 它不包含任何可識別你本人的資訊，也不是裝置的廣告識別碼。
• Apple 登入（選用）：若你選擇以 Apple 登入，我們會保存 Apple 提供的使用者識別碼（Apple 專為本應用產生的代號）以及登入方式（apple）。
  ⛔ 我們不會收到、也不儲存你的 Apple ID 密碼；若你選擇隱藏電子郵件，我們看不到你的真實信箱。
• 暱稱：你在應用內自行輸入的顯示名稱（可留空）。

A random server-generated account ID is created on first launch and stored on your device. If you sign in with Apple, we store the Apple-provided user identifier only — never your password, and not your real email address if you chose to hide it. A nickname you type yourself is optional.

1.2 遊戲進度

• 等級、經驗值、寵物形態、最高分、遊玩局數、已解鎖造型、關卡星數。
• 遊戲內貨幣：金幣、碎片、進化球，以及背包中的道具數量。
• 每日行為計數（例如當天撫摸次數、當天商城購買次數）—— ⚠️ 僅用於執行每日上限，不用於分析你的使用習慣。

Game progress: level, XP, pet form, best score, games played, unlocked skins, level stars, in-game currencies and inventory, plus per-day counters used solely to enforce daily limits.

1.3 購買紀錄

• 交易編號、商品編號、購買時間、發放狀態，以及該筆交易的雜湊值。
• 鑽石餘額與入帳／扣帳流水。
• ⛔ 我們絕不接觸你的信用卡號、銀行帳戶或任何付款憑證 —— 付款全程由 Apple 處理。

Purchase records: transaction ID, product ID, timestamps, fulfilment status, and a hash of the receipt; plus your gem balance and ledger entries. We never receive or store card numbers or payment credentials — payment is handled entirely by Apple.

• ⛔ 電話號碼、真實姓名、地址、身分證件號碼
• ⛔ 電子郵件地址 —— ⚠️ Apple 登入的授權畫面會詢問是否分享信箱（這是 Apple 的標準流程），但無論你選擇分享或隱藏，本應用都不會將它送往我們的伺服器，也不會儲存。
• ⛔ 位置資訊（GPS 或概略位置）
• ⛔ 通訊錄、相片、麥克風、相機
• ⛔ 廣告識別碼（IDFA）—— 本應用沒有廣告，也沒有整合任何廣告 SDK
• ⛔ 第三方行為分析／追蹤 SDK
• ⛔ 我們不會把你的資料販售或分享給第三方作行銷用途

No phone, real name, address, government ID, location, contacts, photos, microphone, camera, advertising identifier, or third-party analytics/tracking SDKs. Sign in with Apple shows Apple's standard email-sharing prompt, but your email address is never transmitted to our servers and never stored — whether you share or hide it. The app contains no advertising. We never sell or share your data for marketing.

• 存檔與跨裝置延續：進度存在伺服器，換裝置或重裝後能找回。
• 公平性：等級、貨幣與每日上限由伺服器判定 —— ⚠️ 這也是為什麼進度不能只存在你的裝置上。
• 購買履行與帳務對帳：確保你付了錢一定拿到對應的鑽石，且同一筆交易只發放一次。

To persist your progress across devices, to enforce fairness server-side, and to make sure every purchase is fulfilled exactly once.

4. 誰會接觸到這些資料

我們僅使用以下服務商，且僅為提供本應用的功能：

• Apple —— App Store 購買、Sign in with Apple。
• RevenueCat —— 處理購買事件與發放通知。
• Cloudflare —— 伺服器運算與網路。
• Neon —— 資料庫託管（存放上述進度與帳務資料）。

Apple (purchases, Sign in with Apple), RevenueCat (purchase events), Cloudflare (compute), Neon (database hosting). No other parties receive your data.

5. 刪除帳號

5. Deleting your account

你可以在應用內「我的」頁面隨時刪除帳號。⚠️ 刪除不可復原。

刪除後會移除：

• Apple 登入綁定（我們不再持有你的 Apple 使用者識別碼）
• 裝置紀錄與同意設定
• 已解鎖造型、關卡星數
• 遊戲進度會被重置（等級、經驗、貨幣、背包歸零）
• 鑽石餘額歸零，錢包關閉

刪除後仍會保留（⚠️ 請務必知悉）：

• 一筆已刪除狀態的帳號紀錄 —— 用途是確保該帳號識別碼永不被重複使用，以及讓刪除操作可安全重試。
• 購買與帳務紀錄（交易編號、金額、時間）—— ⚠️ 這是法律與財務對帳所需，且僅以代號形式保存，不含任何可識別你本人的資訊。

You can delete your account at any time from the “Profile” page; deletion is irreversible. We remove your Apple sign-in link, device records, consents, unlocked content and level stars; your progress is reset and your gem wallet is zeroed and closed. We retain a tombstone record so the account ID is never reused, and we retain purchase/ledger records (pseudonymous — transaction ID, amount, timestamp) as required for financial reconciliation.

6. 資料安全

• 傳輸全程使用 HTTPS。
• 存取憑證僅儲存在你的裝置本機；伺服器端只保存其雜湊值，⛔ 不保存明文。
• 資料庫以租戶隔離方式存取 —— 每個 App 的資料彼此無法互相讀取。

All traffic is over HTTPS. Session credentials live on your device; the server stores only a hash. Database access is tenant-isolated.

7. 兒童

本應用不針對 13 歲以下兒童，也不會刻意收集其資料。若你認為孩子在未經同意下提供了資料，請與我們聯絡，我們會盡快刪除。

This app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
